How to get Outlook app to sync with Android calendar and contacts - Microsoft Community

hi 

using outlook android app on samsung s7.

i had microsoft exchange activesync set sync calendar entries (added calendars in use) , contacts worked fine too.

our corporate mail has moved office365 , i've set outlook app fine, can't contacts or calendar sync.  

if try add activesync calendar, says email account in use.  but have no way of telling use existing account.  

similarly, can't find way of getting contacts sync.

this severe limitation.  

does microsoft have ideas?  can make mail app connect services on devices app designed for?  anything?

after configure office 365 account on outlook android app, calendar , contacts in office 365 account appear on outlook android application.

 

based on description, calendar , contacts in office 365 account not synced outlook android application. try updating outlook android app check if helps.
