Meeting Cancellations - Microsoft Community

i have organized meeting , sent invite 15 people.  when 1 person removed meeting calendar, sent cancellation notice other attendees, not me organizer.  this has happened several times, there doesn't seem consistency why or when occurs.  any insight appreciated!

there multiple possibilities why we're unable received cancellation notice when person canceled meeting on end. here scenario can causing issue:

  1. server - if participant of meeting connected via exchange server, there possibility was  affected network traffic or exchange of information on internal server/s.
  2. outlook version - outlook version 1 of factors may causing issue, speaking, older versions of outlook can still link newer version, there instances minor glitch may occur , affect communication between outlook versions.
  3. connectivity - mentioned server, network connectivity can affect outlook sending cancellation notification.  may have loss connection when on process of sending cancellation notice attendees or organizer. result, of meeting participants won't receiving cancellation notice.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
