Outlook Premium Alias eail blocked by another application - Microsoft Community

hi

i registered premium outlook account.

i configured new domain , several aliases except first , important alias had.

the issue while configuring aliases, starting main alias, had remove. when tried re-add alias, had error message:

<<<<<<<<you being prevented completing sign because personalized email address trying sign in use existing microsoft account. please choose email address continue.>>>>>>

after research discovered microsoft blocks alias before releases again 30 days. happened on 17th of july 2017. calculations 30 days hold period over. today the 1st of august , still same message.

can please advice doing wrong? or how can primary alias email back?

hi edwin,

the system automatically manages limitation of alias creation in microsoft account. since can create total of 10 aliases @ given time, need wait 30 days can use again in same microsoft account.

in case, seems primary email address still associated microsoft account after waiting more 30 days. this, suggest contact our microsoft answer desk team seek further assistance regarding matter. can reach them using link.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
