Recent emails not being displayed in Outlook on device - Microsoft Community

way emails display in inbox in devices has changed. hitherto, emails remain in inbox until manually moved them email filing system. in last week or see, many of emails disappear inbox, replaced message saying 'there more emails on server' , click link see them. clicking link show emails, want them display in device anyway. have not changed settings not clear why has started happen. appreciate please.

this issue happens if using company email. admin might configure settings of email account. recognize cause of issue, kindly answer following questions:

  • are using work email or personal email?
  • can please send screenshot of link have seen?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
