Sharing issue on SharePoint online : "Sharing to external - Microsoft Community

hi,

i'm configuring sharepoint sites, i've created site collection, wanted share other hotmail account, when tried <share site>, message "sharing external users not supported" popped :

i'm owner of site , administrator of site collection, followed configurations in article :

turn external sharing on or off sharepoint online

but problem remains.

what can do?

in addition allowing external user sharing on tenant level, please make sure site collection allows external sharing:

turn external sharing on or off sharepoint online - site collection.

if allowing external sharing on tenant , site collection level , you're still getting error, please provide screenshot of sharing settings of tenant , site collection in question.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
