i haven't been able find specific issue. know why happening , should solve it? doesn't mention problem therefore there nothing @ on subject.

i tried choosing different settings either timings or definition (file size) no results.

  • which build version of windows 10 on computer? check, click start, type winver, , press enter. example, 14393.1066.
  • did make changes computer before happened?
  • did error messages? if yes, please post screenshot.
  • does happen wherever save video, or when you're trying save video specific location?

as an initial recommendation, suggest repairing office following steps here. use online repair make sure gets fixed, restart computer.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
