have other people had issues office 2016 crashing.

i can word work providing don't try insert photograph or type of object

powerpoint, visio & excel crash opened

publisher opens crashes if template loaded

access & outlook working ok

i using amd a12 windows 10 , 16mb ram

    

anyone bright ideas on how office 2016 stop crashing.   have tried uninstalling , reinstalling it.

hi,

restarting office apps resolves issue. if issue still persists, may try repairing office applications.

follow steps under repair office control panel , choose windows 10 on link access repair tool , see if helps resolve concern.

keep in loop result.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
