keep me signed in box unchecked, still allows sign in without asking password

better assist you, ask few questions:

  • which browser using?
  • when did issue begin?
  • have made recent changes settings of email prior issue?

in meantime, recommend clearing cache , cookies of browser every time you'll log in email , see if resolve issue.
