old instructions error:

  1. go msn.com , click “sign in” link @ top of page
  2. select sign in.
  3. log in microsoft account email address. includes hotmail email accounts, email address use skype, or office 365 account.
  4. click microsoft username — located sign in link used — , select “settings” drop-down menu.
  5. on , settings menu @ top of screen, click settings.
  6. click change your e-mail settings.
  7. click on import or export e-mail, copy e-mail or import contacts.
  8. click reset e-mail setting
    in msn email dialog box, click next.
  9. select option continue msn e-mail reset , synchronize in account , , click next.
  10. then click “done.

have tried repairing software?

i believe if go control panel , select msn premium > click uninstall see option repair.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
