Cannot Open my MS Outlook Address Book - Microsoft Community

when tried open address book, received following error message:

the address list cannot displayed. contacts folder associated address list not opened; may have been moved or deleted, or not have permissions. information on how remove folder outlook address book, see microsoft outlook help.

my outlook version: 1706

i'm using win 10 pro.

this error message can occur if microsoft outlook address book damaged. troubleshoot issue, suggest remove , reinstall outlook address book following steps given on article: "the address list not displayed" error message when use contacts address new message in outlook. please go through section resolution.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
