Contact Lists not showing in To/Cc/Bcc box - Microsoft Community
when try send contact lists email in outlook contact list window, new window opens no contact list title in to/cc/bcc box.
if select +new message , type in contact list name, doesn't show selectable. i've refreshed browser. nothing.
only of contact lists show selected, not all.
(note self: must change on mail chimp, taking time not have send out should simple emails clients...)
any tips on issue appreciated!

usually, cache on browser may result issue when sending emails using outlook.com. since you’ve refreshed browser , issue still persists, we’d confirm if you’ve tried using different browser.
if you’ll experience same thing using internet explorer or edge, may clear cookies , cache, try sending email again contact list. below articles need this:
