Cannot Bypass Frozen Account Pop Up - Microsoft Community

1 drive account frozen because of storage limit change. had unfrozen account before, forgot , had 30 day period ended. now can't unfreeze account reduce storage, buy more storage, or transfer pictures because pop saying account frozen limits actions. i'd have account unfrozen can reduce storage down 5gb or able increase storage 50g. please, me. giving me warning account files may deleted on or after tomorrow. have important files customers , myself cannot afford lose.

when unfreezing onedrive account, accounts restored within 24 hours. darwin dim mentioned, if still encounter same issue after following steps on link provided on how unfreeze account, advise email onedrive support team directly.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
