i using outlook on office 365 , when receiving email cannot click on links states "your organisations policy preventing doing " using btinternet

hi patrick,

there may issue default browser you're using why you're encountering issue. if default browser not internet explorer, kindly clear data of browser you're using resolve issue. can switch default browser internet explorer see if you'll able access link in emails. can switch default programs accessing article.

if you're using internet explorer, can follow steps found in link. can skip 1st method since you're using windows 10. please take note 3rd method instruct edit registry. ask copy registry computer doesn't have issues. please copy registry of computer has same edition of windows 10.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
