Office 365 Outlook Contacts will not populate in email and address - Microsoft Community

all of sudden contacts disappeared after had attempted add multiple contacts today. first few times claimed there error - "it's not us", when went email nothing works address box not autocomplete, went contacts , despite claiming there 76 contacts none show up, of sudden contacts nothing work - can't reply email, send new email , if type in address , hit send nothing happens , field goes blank.

i @ loss whole program useless. can still receive email , view, , all.

this issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex124540 starting @ wednesday, november 8, 2017 09:00:00 pm. user experience of incident is:

 

users may encounter 1 or more of following symptoms:

- opening new reply message results in blank page/pane

- opening new message results in wheel while searching contact

- contacts may not displayed

- reading pane may not displayed
