deleting all text in ms word except bold and italic - Microsoft Community

i have  document in ms word bold, italic , not italic , not bold.

i want delete except bold , italic.

is there can give me solution one.

you could:

1. format text hidden.

2. use find/replace unhide bold text.

3. use find/replace unhide all italic text.

4. use find/replace delete hidden text.
