Using my desktop Office Outlook by a different laptop (Mac) - Microsoft Community

i using microsoft office outlook 2011 mac mini, basically, desktop usage, @ office , organizing emails put folders etc. have set 3 of work email (all pop account, not outlook.com account).  i have new macbook pro laptop traveling (i have not installed office yet, planned to). during my trip, want access past emails , folders. how can do? know each server information (incoming server , outgoing server). if possible, can synchronize desktop outlook well, putting new emails folders? thank help.

for situation suggest try export emails and folders on mac mini , import mac pro.

and suggestion you can set leave copy of message on server when configure pop account.

 

·         from tools menu select option accounts.

·         select e-mail account wish edit clicking on account listed on left menu.

·         at bottom of account details select advanced tab 

·         you find option "remove copy server after retrieving a message"

·         you can uncheck option .

 

if select option, first program receive able see message , deleted right server after received.
