Office 365 with Outlook - Microsoft Community


have office 365 outlook use our email. however, instructions can set automatic reply out of office. says select file, automatic replies. our outlook not have selection , wondering why? have latest outlook 2016 choice not exist. need upgrade different version?

if don't see automatic replies, you're using outlook pop or imap account.

can send automatic out-of-office replies using these steps (file > automatic replies) if have office 365 exchange online, outlook.com, or exchange account.
