this error showing of clients host.  went tot link in email, can find nothing helping me fix issue.  have been running server clients 20 years.  have never had these kinds of issues before.   can me figure out how fix this?

the error message received because of emails being rejected microsoft server due policy reasons. it possible emails domain being rejected outlook.com. since checked link troubleshooting steps, suggest fill out sender information outlook.com delivery form. check why can't send emails or why have been blocked. once done completing form, you'll receive email regarding status of account.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
