outlook 2016 error 550 5.5.3 - Microsoft Community

i sent out group email 12 recipients. 7 delivered , 5 returned each error: server error: '550 5.5.3 sorry, sending many people @ once!'

how can be, 12 recipients!

anyone has suggestion on fix this?

it’s possible there’s restriction applied email server regarding how many recipients can have email. ensure issue addressed, please answer following questions:

 

  • are using business or personal email account?
  • what domain of email account?
  • is computer connected domain network?
  • what email server configured email account in outlook? pop3, imap or microsoft exchange server? find out, open outlook > file > account settings > account settings > under type, email protocol or server.
  • which edition of office installed on computer? find out, open outlook > file > office account > product information.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
