Emails automatically sent to folder for 1 user - No rule set - Microsoft Community

i have user since 2 weeks ago seeing internal emails 1 specific user being routed specific, user created outlook folder.  there no rule found (he has 6) have affect on routing of these messages.  i looked in owa settings , found nothing there well.  
appreciate suggestions on else check see why mail being auto-routed. using hosted outlook 365 users on outlook 2016 , on 2013. has seen similar before?

if there no rule, emails should routed inbox folder. so, situation have mentioned  here abnormal. since using outlook client, suggest close outlook client temporarily , check if persists in owa if specific internal user sends email. and, if deleting folder email has been routed (backup emails in folder before deleting it)? 

anyway, abnormal symptom, suggest create rule routs email inbox directly.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
