RPC over HTTP reaches end of support in Office 365 on October 31, 2017 - Microsoft Community

with reference subjected message ms.

 “rpc on http being replaced mapi on http, modern protocol launched in may 2014. change affects if you're running outlook 2007, outlook 2007 not work mapi on http. avoid being in unsupported state, outlook 2007 customers must update newer version of outlook or use outlook on web. change may affect if you're running outlook 2016, outlook 2013, or outlook 2010.”

 

the problem occurs outlook 2007 , not have outlook 2007 users. change may affect email client rpc users, have few rpc users. 

we using office 365 outlook 2016, outlook 2013, , outlook 2010. need ensure.

that outlook windows clients updated work mapi on http. (do need make changes respect outlook client)

best , recommended option move latest version of office 2016 part of office 365 proplus. if cannot move office 365 proplus october 31, 2017, make sure office applications in organization updated having recent cumulative update.

should have @ least recommended minimum installation of outlook updates installed connecting exchange online uses mapi on http. verify current list, see following office article:

additionally, may have make sure outlook clients aren't using registry key disable mapi on http. more information, see following microsoft knowledge base article

2937684 outlook 2013 or 2016 may not connect using mapi on https expected.

 

note: team not have registry blocking mapi/http protocol , have cumulative updates installed.

 

 kindly if connection change mapi automatically rpc or have make changes.
