when open email - letters small cannot read it.   i cannot tell is.  cannot find way normal.

may know mail client using? outlook web app or outlook desktop client? please provide detailed information this.

regarding “the letters small cannot read it”, please provide screenshot issue further analysis?

if using outlook desktop client can change font , font size in message list. reference: change font or font size in message list

moreover, if using mouse wheel control, click reading pane, press ctrl, , roll scroll wheel. rolling wheel away makes contents larger, rolling wheel toward makes contents smaller.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
