Synchronizing IMAP Sent folder in Outlook 2013 generates multiple - Microsoft Community

i'm getting multiple 800ccc0f-0-0-322 errors when synchronizing of emails in customers sent folders on 2 of imap mailboxes. sync errors seem happen on same emails every time. i've compared of suspect emails in outlook 2013 sent folder webmail version , appear in both places expected. 1 of mailboxes talktalk other yahoo.

i've tried removing accounts outlook 2013 , setting them again doesn't rid of errors.

aside these errors, sending , receiving appear work fine.

my customer seem think problem may have started when cmos battery on desktop died , machine showing wrong time. why windows didn't check windows time server , reset don't know. red herring it's worth stating give fuller picture.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
