Shared a folder but the user can't view the contents - Microsoft Community

i have shared folder in onedrive using mail link, person i've shared can see folder in "shared me" when click on it, says "this item might no longer exist".

the item exist, haven't changed location of folder, i've tried deleting them shared list , adding them multiple times , still doesn't work.

any appreciated.

one of possible reasons why file or folder shared in onedrive cannot viewed recipient because settings or permissions incorrect.
