we store data business on on-site server, network shared employees, going moving office 365 business package users. 1 drive included, wanting set company folders each department has access (role based security) have access own personal folders.

i open suggestions if other microsoft products able solution.

regards

for departmental file sharing i'd suggest looking @ either sharepoint sites or teams.

onedrive should more focused on individual user's files.
