Outlook 2010 Sending Attachments over 5MB Problem - Microsoft Community

i have problem sending attachment on 5mb such photo. goes outbox expect, outlook attempts send , succeeds bu e-mail attachment not disappear outbook , go sent box stays in outbox , continues resend on , on again. pressing delete has no effect , way stop go send , receive, cancel printing , delete it

i did trial today , sent 3mb went , 7.5mb exhibited above behaviour. had online chat microsoft adviser suggested create outlook again , set new profile checked current settings , can see nothing wrong creating outlook , set profile  now.

besides not clear how repeat of there change , repeat outlook works ok apart when large attachment being sent 

anyone ideas on how solve problem. cannot when problem arose, nor whether has been there time cannot whether have ever needed send above 2-3 mb in past

my e-mail provider btmail accepts 25mb anyway. there no issue accepting attachments of @ least 7.5mb 1 had problem sending sent me without problems
