Not receiving incoming emails on MSN Explorer. - Microsoft Community

using windows 7, ie 11, msn explorer.  not receiving incoming emails.  can send out going emails have go outlook reply.  security date norton.  i've done system restore did not help.  not sure else do.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
