i'm having same issue, allow third-party cookies! huge pain, hoping use browser instead of lync , outlook, since 2 haven't been updated osx while now.

thank posting . please try , provide following information narrow down issue :
1 . check if can sign in im on outlook web app on other browser or other computer .
2 . clear cache , sign in im or run browser’s private mode .
3 . check if can sign in skype business desktop client .
4 . check if time zone of browser same computer. can check on (settings > options > settings > regional) or (settings > options > general > region , time zone)
5 . please provide detailed error message when sign in im .
