please note inbox, sent, archive , spam folders refresh , sync computer-based e-mail activity. my drafts folder, however, not refresh despite numerous attempts. please advise.

please check if owa( outlook web app) draft can sync. if emails not synced owa, means emails not synced server.
if issue persists, troubleshoot issue efficiently , respond faster, have 1:1 support channel. can use android in-app support on menu.
