fixmapi.exe stop working when using snipping tool email via attachment - Microsoft Community

i have strange issue laptop, hp elitebook folio 1040 g1 touchsmart. when user uses snipit tool included os (win 10 creator update) , send email attachment, send fine. throw error stating fixmapi.exe have stop working. have try uninstall office , reinstalll. still have issue. have try fixmapi,exe describe on internet. still no help. wipe out os , reinstall whole thing. in few days, issue came back. have try on difference make , model laptop, , donot have issue. one. see error below

there many possible reasons why issue happening. better assist you, ask few questions:

  • are using outlook? if so, version using?
  • have made recent changes on pc prior issue?
  • when did issue begin?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
