Cannot connect email with private domain to Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

i have email address private domain. connected outlook 2016 pop , worked, found never synced other devices or webmail. told solution delete account , reconnect imap. when tried this, cannot connect email address @ all, , have tried dozens of times different server/port info given me email admin. email admin says can connect fine email account , see of emails. outlook 2016 on desktop refuses connect. should delete outlook 2016 computer , install again? right outlook 2016 useless me because cannot add new email account.

thank you, yes network solutions support imap , able connect email without problems on end. outlook said "something went wrong , cannot connect server, there problem security certificate." however, when figured out how "repair" outlook, able connect account. in end, problem outlook, not network solutions.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. i made video show issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ouo7bebwljilhfz/screencaptureproject34.mp4?dl=0 i noticed issue on forum in several locations windows whole had simple resolution hasn't matched mine (and mine in office, not windows).  when open drop-down window (menu or box, i've seen called 3 don't know correct), won't stay open long enough me use it.  the time open varies super short relatively short.  i'm showing in excel, happening across ms office software.  itunes, example, not produce issue. office 2010 windows 7 64bit 15gb ram intel core i7 cpu 3.07ghz it not mouse.  i've tried 3. it not stuck key on keyboard.  i've tried 2. it not virus or malware.  i have contacted eset, antivirus provider had me perform deep cleans , combed through 2 reports (twice after bugged them again).  (i use malwarebytes , ccleaner regularly, since i've been paid subscriber eset long time, used service.) ...
