Problem Adding Email - Microsoft Community

have outlook app on both iphone , mac. i've had no problems adding many (6) email accounts onto phone. gmail hotmail. when tried add them outlook on laptop let me add few of them. 2 of them keeps telling me password incorrect know fact correct. i've tried reinstalling app. i've tried deleting email account app re adding it. i've been trying these 2 email accounts onto app on laptop year , don't know do. there limit number of accounts computer app not phone app?

according description, understand there 2 accounts cannot add outlook. please provide me information below:

 

1. the version of outlook client.
2. how configure 2 accounts cannot added outlook, , types of 2 accounts.
3. have change passwords 2 accounts recently?

 

you may try clear stored login information mac:

 

1. open new finder window click on icon in dock.
2. navigate "utilities" folder, located in "applications" section of mac hard drive.
3. double click on "keychain access" icon open password utility.
4. select "passwords" in list of categories in lower left corner of program window.
5. click on stored password want remove computer.
6. go "edit" in menu bar , select "delete".
7. click "delete" again confirm selection.

 

after clear cache, please try again.
