Unable to change "send from" on OWA - Microsoft Community

i added shared mailbox have permission in owa, when reply message shared inbox example, not given option send shared address.

i tried deleting email address , typing in shared address, per these instructions, address not delete:

i able send within outlook desktop client. asking because have people wanting via android, , have gotten far shared mailboxes appearing in owa app android once have been added via owa.

as went take screen shot show options in outlook, noticed when showing show from, shared address appear when replying. able add shared address when straight composing new email. maybe show option on owa, not showing yet on owa. see screenshot.

i'd confirm if using office 365 owa (https://outlook.office.com/owa/).

if so, please try following way change "send from" on office 365 owa.
log office 365 owa > new > right click email address in from field > choose remove > type in email address have send or send on behalf permission > after sending out successfully, new email address in from drop-down list. if issue persists, please feel free let know.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
