Email from safe sender and contact list being deleted - Microsoft Community

reason email being received sender on safe sender list , contact list being deleted without going either inbox or junk mail folders.  has else had problem , there solution?

hi,

there setting needs configured have issue resolved. we'd know more information can isolate problem coming , give accurate resolution have fixed. kindly answer following:

  • have made changes in account prior issue?
  • how account configured? using pop3, imap, or exchange?
  • which version of outlook using?

you can refer article know version of outlook.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
