Reinstall of Outlook - Lost Folders - Microsoft Community

reinstalled ms office 365 compatible mac os high sierra , detail files stored emails no longer visible.  move button still shows same files sent emails file no files on sidebar before.

please first check if can view missed folders in owa( outlook on web), if so, issue may related client. please try following method:

 

on the outlook menu, click preferences. under personal settings, click general, , then, under folder list, clear the hide on computer folders check box, check if issue persists.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
