Comments in Word 2010 become Wingding text after document reopened - Microsoft Community

i rely heavily on comments annotate session records , dismaying.  switched win7 laptop running office 2007 win10 laptop running office 2010.  well, brought in files , saved under word 2010 , looked fine.  noticed comments degrading looks wingding text.  yet happening recent comments yet.  happens regardless of whether type comment comment balloon or cut , paste it.  can't find setting comment text , appreciate guidance.

this issue might caused incorrect registry entries, outdated or corrupted office application. better assist you, ask following:

  • have made recent changes on computer or word 2010 prior issue?
  • if possible, can send screenshot of comment section?

meanwhile, can try repair word 2010 , check if issue persists. check article on how repair office application.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
