Search People box in Outlook 365 - Microsoft Community

hi folks.

summary: no longer able reach main contact screen "search people" box on ribbon in email screen/section.

detail: on main ribbon in outlook 365 in email screen in "find) group there search box titled search people. use quick way bring contact without switching contracts screen. until bring contact (or contacts) name. click appropriate 1 , open small window basic info (email, phone, etc.). click line in window , open main window contact. can no longer access main contact screen without going contacts screen "search contacts" box bring contact's main window. clear problem has nothing finding correct contact contact database.

request: way access contact's main window email screen?

"find" tab may have been removed ribbon due update. restore it, may need reset home ribbon tab. following steps:

1. right-click on empty space in home ribbon tab.
2. select customize ribbon.
3. click on reset button beside customizations.
4. choose reset selected ribbon tab.
5. hit ok button.
