hi aaron,
thanks private message. firstly, i'd confirm whether login account in other devices such windows, phone or other macs. if yes, please log out , check again.
then, clear skype business cache mac:
1. go finder > press command+shift+g > type in /users/<macusername>/library > delete following files:caches > com.microsoft.skypeforbusinesstap
internet plug-ins > skypeforbusinessplugin-15.8.bundle
keychains > files beginning oc__keycontainer
logs > skypeforbusinessplugin
preferences > com.microsoft.skypeforbusiness.plugin.plist , com.microsoft.skypeforbusinesstap.plist
2. go finder > press command+shift+g > type in /users/<macusername>/documents > navigate microsoft user data > delete following folders: skypeforbusiness-2016-mac-1839-preview.
3. open keychain access /applications/utilities folder.
4. delete keychains starting oc__keycontainer.
5. in login keychain, delete e-mail address certificates.
6. empty trash.
regards,
vanessa
