New Contact Group is missing info. - Microsoft Community

when try create new contact group in outlook, remain blank.  i have don't many times before in past , worked fine. directly below looks after save , close. below did prior saving , closing.  thanks,

we appreciate screenshot shared. helps. issue may occur if there missing or corrupted components on application. determine what's causing issue, we'd know following:

  • when did issue start?
  • have made changes account settings or on device prior issue?
  • have checked , installed pending updates on application , on machine? keeping apps , device up-to-date ensures have new , improved features.

if issue still persists after installing pending updates on machine, suggest run our automated app troubleshooter on link. troubleshooter automatically diagnoses , repair common problems windows apps.

once done, restart pc , try creating new contact group again.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
