Msn.com email account not Outlook - Microsoft Community

i still use original msn.com email account problems have on iphone , ipad can see msn emails on mac desk top goes directly outlook , can not see msn-emails 3 of emails shown think hotmail account!

what causing problem?

  • how access msn.com account, using outlook web mail (outlook.com), outlook desktop app mac, or mac mail app?
  • if using outlook desktop app mac access msn.com account, version it?
  • are getting error messages? if yes, kindly provide screenshot.
  • did make changes before issue happened?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
