archiving emails way reduce size of outlook data file, emails have been archived moved separate outlook data file. know more concern provide appropriate assistance. kindly provide needed information below:

• can confirm how access outlook? through browser or using app itself?
• are using windows or mac?

if you're accessing outlook.com using browser, try using different browser , check if issue still same. if you're using outlook app itself, suggest import .pst file in outlook have access these archived emails.
