i continually message when start outlook 2016. have researched kb , indicate delete .ost file , restart outlook.

i have uninstalled office 2013 (what had loaded) , installed office 2016 , continue same error message. seems tied registry or outlook setting somehow.

can tell me how rid of message?

have pst open? type of account (pop, imap, exchange) have configured?
