all emails same subject show draft when reply 1 of these emails.
- check in online mode -same issue
- already test in new profile , different computers -same issue
- test in o365 webmail -no issue

may know whether mean reply emails (to emails same subject) go darft folder? previously, known reply emails should go sent items folder default. here, default, because there (ie, rule, outlook client rule) affecting email's destination (folder). moreover, since have mentioned issue persists in outlook client, supposes more related outlook client rule.
and, outlook client rule can effective according 'sender's/recipient's email address', 'key words' or 'email subject', etc. understanding issue persists in emails same subject other reply emails (to emails other subject) work fine. if case, suggest check outlook client rule via clicking "rules"> "manage rules , alerts". following screenshot reference.
in case there might many rules there , convience's sake, suggest create rule similar "the email subject contains '***' , sent '***', moves email sent items folder".
