Extra Spaces with Grammar Checker and Track Changes - Microsoft Community

hello,
experiencing issue in ms word 2013 grammar checked , track changes.  normally, when have space between 2 words, grammar checker puts blue squiggle beneath , easy find.

in situations when have spaces added track changes turned on, grammar checked not underline spaces.  if add space track changes turned on between 2 words, grammar checker identifies it, expected.  however, if deleted word , added new word next , put 1 or more spaces between deleted , added words, grammar checker doesn't find spaces.

i have tried following tests:

1) viewing document no markup, , spaces aren't found.

2) accepting changes spaces, , spaces aren't found.

3) accepting changes , running grammar checker again, , spaces aren't found.

so, problem having is not reliably finding instances of spaces result track changes.
