Outlook contacts not appearing in "To" or available for lists - Microsoft Community

hi

i've added new contact , contact appears correctly in people list.

however, when try add them existing list, no matching results when putting name in.

similarly, if try , create new message, new contact doesn't appear when type name in "to" box.

anybody ideas?

possible issue due recent changes in outlook. isolate issue, kindly verify following:

• are using outlook application or outlook.com?
• if you're using outlook.com, have tried clearing browser's cache , try again?
• have tested issue using other web browsers?
• if you're using outlook application, have tried repairing outlook profile?
• have tried running outlook app in safe mode?
