hello,

old instructions error:

go msn.com , click “sign in” link @ top of page
select sign in.
log in microsoft account email address. includes hotmail email accounts, email address use skype, or office 365 account.
click microsoft username — located sign in link used — , select “settings” drop-down menu.
on , settings menu @ top of screen, click settings.
click change your e-mail settings.
click on import or export e-mail, copy e-mail or import contacts.
click reset e-mail setting
in msn email dialog box, click next.
select option continue msn e-mail reset , synchronize in account , , click next.
then click “done.

have tried repairing software?

i believe if go control panel , select msn premium > click uninstall see option repair.
