OFFICE 365 Groups not showing up when searched for on Skype for - Microsoft Community

having issues users not being able locate office 365 groups i've created. users had no issues searching , adding them contact lists. when searched on skype business 2016 these groups not show contact can added. once again users having problem, , these users on same connection/domain others had no issues. can assist me please?

may know whether affected users using latest skype business 2016 version? 

if not using latest version, please update latest version 1708 (build 8431.2094) check issue. reference: version , build numbers of update channel releases

please try check affected users issue via using different pc (e.g. non-problematic colleague’s pc) to determine whether specific client side issue.

may try check issue via using user account (e.g. non-problematic colleague’s account) on same problematic pc see whether can reproduced.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
