Outbox - Microsoft Community

earlier today looking @ @live.com account on cellphone (android) , noticed several e-mail messages in outbox marked failed or not sent. several of messages months old. when got home work , checked email in outlook outbox empty. when went cell phone messages gone. i'd retrieve these messages don't know went.

be informed folders under quick views not folder. quick views feature categorize emails based on description of folder. can't save emails in folders under quick views. if can't view emails under quick views, possible emails missing. you can recover lost/missing emails using recover deleted option in outlook.com. please follow steps below on how recover emails:

  1. login outlook.com.
  2. click thedeleted folder in left pane of outlook.com window.
  3. scroll bottom of window, , click recover deleted messages.

note: outlook.com recover many messages possible , put them in deleted folder. if emails not returned deleted folder, possible has been purged system. also, please informed can retrieve emails not older 5 days.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
