Skype for business doesn't show profile picture, however it's - Microsoft Community

dear support team,

we using ms office 2016 on our pcs , office365 accounts. today 1 of users faced strange issue. had photo set in profile in s4b , outlook, somehow dissappeared , see profile in skype without photo. it's still shown in outlook, webapps , in settings in s4b. please see screenshots below. here steps used troubleshoot, tried login pc got same result. i  tried upload new photo didn't help. tried hide photo - , show phot - no result. can still see photo in settings not should be. please advise. seems it's not 1 case far...

skype business picture same office 365 profile picture, appears in other office programs use, such outlook.

to change it, need follow instructions in article below:

please pay attention option below:

if clear option, remove picture , else’s view, doesn’t remove picture view of other people.
