hi,
i correcty logging in, outlook opens, stops before showing messages without explanation. (it not refuse my password). happens both, mobile phone , computer.
and message (in spanish) :

hi constantinos,
it’s possible server declined access outlook.com, causing error message appear. arrive @ appropriate troubleshooting steps in addressing concern, we’d ask few questions:
- is happening browsers?
- have tried resetting browser? if you’re using ie , haven’t tried yet, may check article steps on how it. reset other browsers, suggest contact app support further assistance.
- how connected internet?
- have tried disabling antivirus? check if there’s conflict caused program.
in meantime, recommend checking server health of account determine if server causes concern.
we’ll keep eye out response.
indeed, dear geneviève, right: wrote internet company , remotely resetted router: works perfectly!! still, perplexted how such problem occur.! problem solved! thank much!
